(Job) Haryana PSC : Civil Judge Recruitment-2018

In continuation of Advertisement No. 6 of 2016 published on 20.03.2017 the Haryana Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the cadre of Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch). The category wise break-up of posts is as under:-

Category Wise Post Details-:

General – 75 Posts

SC – 14 Posts

OBC – 18 Posts

Educational Qualification :

The pay scale for the post is ` 27700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770 or such as may be revised by the Govt. from time to time. Service conditions will be communicated to the recommended candidate’s alongwith the appointment letters by the Govt.

Examination Fee :

No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before closing date i.e. 30.09.2018.
The expression “Degree of Bachelor of Laws” means a degree entitling a candidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the rules made there under.
The candidates should hold the degree of Bachelor of Law on or before the closing date for submission of online application form i.e. 30.09.2018.

Age:

Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 42 years as on 30.09.2018.

The HCS (Judicial Branch) Examination will be conducted in accordance with the provisions contained in the Punjab Civil Services (Judicial Branch) Rules, 1951 amended from time to time and the amendment made vide Notification No. GSR 1/Const./Art.234 & 309/2017, dated 09.01.2017 which is available at the official website or given below link.
