Education Qualification:

First Class in BE / B. Tech/AMIE/ (Electronics & Communications, Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication for General & OBC candidates and Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates from any AICTE approved Institution/University. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be as per Government directives. Candidates should enclose valid documents for conversion of CGPA to percentage/class.

JOB PROFILE:
Understand system design, architecture, configuration including software installation, testing etc through hands on training on various ongoing Homeland Security projects.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pilot sites and train the onsite teams for smooth execution of the I&C activities.
Capture the field performance issues for necessary corrective action.
Support Filed teams for Facility management and AMC.
Frequent travel to various locations in India.

Pay Scale :

Junior Contract Engineer : Selected candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.23000/- p.m.

Engineer -Electronics : Rs.40,000-3% - 1,40,000

Age :

Candidates should be 25 years of age or less as on 01.01.2018. Relaxation in age will be granted to SC/ST candidates by 5 years and OBC candidates by 3 years

Fee :

Applicants are required to pay the application fee online or through SBI branch and send the application by post, along with the indicated enclosures. GEN/OBC candidates required to remit an amount of Rs. 500/- towards application fee through SBI collect (through online mode or through SBI Branch) and SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Method of Selection :

The selection will be through a written test & interview.
The Cutoff date for deciding the maximum permissible age and experience (Post Qualification Experience) shall be 01.12.2017. In order to compute post qualification work experience , the period of work experience starting from the month immediately succeeding the month of final examination in which candidate acquire the essential educational qualification shall be considered. Interested candidates meeting all the criteria mentioned aloft, should submit the application in the format appended to this advertisement and send the applications through post, super scribing on the envelope the post applied for. The following documents should compulsorily be enclosed:
1. Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).
2. Self attested copies of Marks cards for having passed all semesters/ years of BE or B.Tech /MBA or equivalent as applicable.
3. Self attested copies of BE/B.Tech/MBA provisional/final degree certificate.
4. Certificate from the previous employer regarding relevant post qualification experience. Where current employment certificate is not produced, the offer of current employment, latest salary slip and employee ID proof should be compulsorily enclosed.
5. Caste/Tribe/Disability Certificate (if applicable) and other relevant certificates.SC/ST/OBC certificate should be latest, in the prescribed format. OBC certificate should be dated on or after 01.07.2017.
6. No Objection Certificate (if applicable).
7. Fee Payment Receipt (if applicable).
8. Brief of duties and responsibilities in the current or previous jobs. Failure to forward the indicated enclosures will result in disqualification, even if the candidates have remitted the application fee. The caste/disability certificate
should be strictly in the format available on the BEL website, failing which candidates will be considered under ‘General’ category only, provided they are otherwise meeting all other criteria prescribed for General candidates.
