Qualification:

Arts, Commerce, Science and Law faculty subjects

According to the guidelines of the University Grants Commission-2010, the candidate must have possess minimum 55 % marks in related Subject at post graduate level and must have cleared UGC NET (certificate) or GSLET (certificate) examination.

For Education faculty (B.Ed. Colleges)

The Qualification is as per University Grants Commission Regulations, 2010.

Minimum 50 % marks at Graduate level in respective subject method, Minimum 50 % marks in Master's degree in the relevant subject and M.Ed. with relevant subject (Minimum 55 % marks in M.Ed. or equivalent grade) and NET/SLET/SET.Candidate should have Minimum Qualification of Certification

Age Limit:

Maximum 40 years for Arts, Commerce and Science faculties.
Maximum of 40 years for Law faculty.
Maximum of 37 years for Education faculty.

Application Fee:

An amount of Rs 200/- will have to be paid as application fee by the General Category Candidate but According to General Resolution(GR) of State Government’s General Administrative Department(GAD),Gandhinagar No:pvs/102016/538/g-4,dated: 12th May, 2016 candidates of Economically Weaker Section will have to provide Proof for exemption from application fees. Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) category candidates, Schedule Castes, Schedule Tribes and differently-disabled candidates will have to produce relevant certificates at the time of verification. Failing to produce such certificates, application will automatically rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
