Ministry    of    Skill    Development    And    Entrepreneurship http://www.apprenticeship.gov.in/

2.   Duly  filled  application  in  all  respects  should  reach  at  the following address on or before 10/10/2017 by 17:00 Hrs:-

Self attested copy of

Certificates to be enclosed

Candidates  should  enclose  self  attested  photo  copy  of  the  following

certificates:

1.   Educational qualification (8th, 10th  , 12th  mark sheet as may be applicable)

2.   ITI certificate and Mark sheets

3.   Other qualification/experience certificates, if any.

4.   Community certificate of those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(Non- Creamy layer)

5.   Police verification certificate issued by District Police Authority.

6.   Character/Conduct Certificate from the concerned Institution

7.   Certificate of Physical disablility, if applicable.

8.   ADHAR Card (Compulsory)

9.   Recent Passport size photograph
